UK data residency means your website data - customer records, order history, form submissions, email content - is stored on servers physically located within the United Kingdom and never transferred to servers in other jurisdictions. Since Brexit, UK GDPR (the UK's retained version of EU GDPR) applies to personal data processed by UK businesses.
