Hello all,
Due to carpet bomb DDoS attacks we have experienced this evening (you may have noticed the latency earlier) I have deployed deny all firewall rules to our IP ranges. If you have not set up your firewall filters to allow your VPS services to run then you will now be experiencing downtime.
If you do not know how to do this, or do not have a firewall login then please open a ticket either here on our account area or in our Discord server so I can assist you in deploying filters for your running services.
Unfortunately this is a requirement to effectively combat DDoS attacks, otherwise your open ports will be the gateway into our network for bad actors.
